Drop Test Machine
APPLICATIONS
Drop Test Machine Mainly used to test the damage of product packaging when dropped.
It can test the surface, corner and edge of the package.the drop height can also be designed according to the type and requirements of the samples. Besides, this machine not only complies with ISTA standards but the following related standards ASTM D5276 ; ISO 2248 ; ISO2876 etc.
FEATURES
1. Adopt single-arm& double-column structure, with functions of pneumatic reset, pneumatic control drop and electric lifting device;
2. Equipped with a buffer device to reduce damage to other parts of the instrument due to the impact of the sample holder, thereby increasing the life of the instrument.
3. Compared with the traditional chain up and down transmission, this machine adopts screw drive, so that the instrument becomes more stable and the test results are more accurate.
4. Touch screen and PLC control, can set the test height and the number of drops etc.
5. The stroke limit protection and leakage protection design ensure safe operation.
