INTRODUCTION
Whiteness Tester is mainly used to test the whiteness of neutral object with smooth surface. It can accurately measure the whiteness value which is consist to visual sensitivity. It also can precisely test the non-transparent paper. Digital Whiteness Tester is applies to textile dye, paint, powder, chemical, building material, paper, plastic product, ceramic, talcum powder, starch, flour, salt and so on.
Ø Measure the ISO Brightness (R457 brightness). For fluorescent whitened samples, it can also measure the fluorescent whitening produced by the emission of fluorescent substances.
Ø Determine the lightness stimulus value.
Ø Determine opacity.
Ø Determine transparency.
Ø Determine the light scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient.
Ø Measure the ink absorption value.
