The rubber membrane is leaking oil
A.depending on the problem point, the oil leak in the rubber membrane is caused. Firstly, check whether the rubber membrane lock is tightened, and if it is not tightened, it will cause the oil leak here.
B. The rubber membrane is leaking oil. Check whether the rubber membrane is old and broken, and reinstall a new rubber membrane to solve the problem.
Oil bases contact with oil cylinder oil leak
A. Check whether the four fastening screws in contact between the oil seat and the oil cylinder are tightened;
B. Check whether the sealing ring of oil seat and cylinder contact is old and replace the new sealing ring;
Oil leakage from the tubing contact
A. Check whether the tubing connection is twisted or the tubing joint has been damaged, tighten the tubing joint or replace the new tubing
A. Check whether the sealing ring of the oil cylinder is worn out and replace the new sealing ring;
B. If the sealing ring has just been replaced, the oil will leak, then check whether there is a burr or sharp impurities in the cylinder, clean the inner surface of the cylinder and replace the new sealing ring.
The oil pressure gauge needle does not go anywhere
A. Check the fixed nut of the upper pressure plate, such as the fixed nut lock, and the pointer will not move, and release it;
B. Check whether the oil leakage of the piston is leaking. If the piston is leaking oil, the needle will not go anywhere, and it needs to be refilled and replaced with the sealing ring.
No pressure value
A. Check whether there is oil leakage, if there is oil leakage, according to the steps;
B. Check whether the oil cup has returned oil, and the oil is returned to the oil cup to check whether the oil needle of the oil cup is locked;
C. Check whether the rubber membrane is aging and replace the new rubber membrane;
D. The equipment has not been maintained for a long time, and the adjustment force value deviation is maintained;
E. Pressure sensor and force value analysis system failure, replace correction;
F. Check whether the piston in the cylinder is sliding and replace the piston and sealing ring;
G. Check whether the motor is initiated. If the motor does not begin, check the motor control circuit and motor. If it is the speed regulating motor, then check the control box and motor;
A. Check whether the internal parameters of the system are scrambled and re-debug the changes;
B. If the use time is longer, replace the battery and circuit board clock program;
The instrument was closed without breaking
A. Check whether there is an oil leakage phenomenon, such as the oil leakage phenomenon according to the steps;
B. Check the internal parameters of the system and whether the proportion of breakpoints is reasonable;
Upper pressure plate (for full automatic rupture machine)
A. Check whether the air source of the cylinder is normal;
B. Check whether the relay in the circuit control is normal and replace the new relay;
C. Check whether the upper and lower limit switches in circuit control are normal and replace the new limit switch;
Calibration method for film resistance
A. Take the upper and lower clamping ring, and place the special random height gauge in the center of the clamping ring;
B. Click the operation to make the film convex to the right contact height gauge;
C. Read the display value on the display screen;
D. If the film resistance exceeds the scope specified in 2.2, the new film should be replaced. The method is reproduced below.
New film replacement method
A. Lock the oil cup bolts;
B, under the calibration window film, automatically down and click on the "test" cylinder compression pressure plate, the pressure plate is rotating pine, each press the "test" button, cylinder return automatically, and the next step, press the rubber membrane tension;
C. Loosen the pressure ring with the wrench (note: the upper pressure plate must be pressed down when the pressure ring is loosened);
D. Remove the lower pressure plate and the old film;
E. Place the new film on the center of the top of the cylinder head and pay attention to the plane to be downward;
F. Put the inner cover in reverse order;
G. Cover the outer cover and tighten, align the upper pressure plate to the screw, and turn the rotary disc into the connecting hole;
H. twist the rotary table, pressure the rubber film top force under pressure, and then tighten the outer cover, and repeat 5-6 times, until the wrench cannot move, so as to prevent the installation of the oil leakage phenomenon;
I. Screw oil cup bolts;
J. lightly press a few rubber membrane, the inside of the cup of glycerin float, indicate the oil road is smooth;
K. hold the rubber membrane for about 10 seconds, let the glycerine flow to replenish, then tighten the bolt;
L. recheck the film resistance.
