IV.Equipment Operation
1. Operation steps
1. Connect the air supply, rotary Air pressure regulator regulating pressure reaches 0.8Mpa
2. Open the air pressure switch slipping the handle to move the other end, then close the air pressure switch
3. Put the cardboard on the cutting area, left hand slightly help the cardboard,then open the air pressure switch to cut the sample, after finished you can get the sample.
V. Maintenance Procedure
Clean: the machine should be keep clean all the time and wipe the machine before & after testing.
Antirust: spraying some rust-proof oil on the surface of metal parts weekly (wipe off after one hour)
Lubricating oil: add the lubricating oil on the drive component monthly (can choose the ordinary lubricants)
Maintained: check the control panel’s button whether is OK periodically
