Product Introduction:

Carton compression tester is a multi-functional and economical carton quality inspection equipment. Carton compression test machine is mainly used for the compressive strength test of various small and medium-sized corrugated boxes or the compressive strength test and test of packaging containers made of other materials with compressive strength less than 50kN, such as food. Beverages, instant noodle packaging, cosmetic packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging, etc.

Usage

Box compression tester is suitable for compression test of packaging containers and cartons. Compression test equipment can complete constant pressure and shape measurement; shape deformation and pressure measurement; maximum crushing force and stacking test.

Applications

Package compression tester can make compression tests of packages (boxes) or packing and determine their piling up resistance (for storage and transport).  These tests are called B.C.T. (Box Compression Test).

The Compression Testers can operate in two ways:

1.Maximum load: test the maximum load of various corrugated cartons and beehive crates

2.Stacking test: stack test of various corrugated cartons and beehive crates
