Application and technology of carton drop tester/carton drop tester

1. Purpose:

　　 This testing machine is designed to test the packaging material cartons. The physical package falls freely from a certain height, and observes whether the contents are damaged. It is used as a reference for improvement of packaging materials and selection. It mainly meets the bearing capacity of product packaging under transportation conditions. The instrument works stably, and it can drop edges, corners and faces. 　　

It can perform free drop test on the surface, corner and edge of the package, equipped with a digital display height display and adopting a decoder for height tracking, so as to give the product drop height, and the error from the preset drop height is not more than 2% or 10mm, this machine adopts single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electric control drop and electric lifting device, easy to use, the unique hydraulic buffer device greatly improves the service life of the machine, stability and safety. The single-arm setting allows the product to be placed conveniently, and the angle error between the impact surface of the drop angle and the plane of the bottom plate is less than or equal to 1 degree.
